If your item was received damaged, you received the wrong item or your item is missing components, we will contact the manufacturer or our warehouse to rectify your situation. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your request and confirm the course of action we will be taking for you.

For damaged items requiring a replacement, please hold on to the original packaging as we may issue a call tag for your item to have it returned for inspection at our warehouse.
