Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange authorization, please fill out the following form (required). Once we have received and processed your completed form, we will email the return authorization number and the address in which your item is to be sent, as well as verify that your exchange order has been processed, if you are requesting an exchange.
If your item was damaged during shipment or missing components please visit the "Reporting Damaged Shipments" link under the "Shipping & Returns" heading at the bottom of this page.
NOTE: All items being returned MUST be in new resalable condition in the original packaging. Items received without a return authorization number (RMA), missing components or not in new condition will not receive credit. Items that are customized with a custom engraved plate may not be exchanged or returned for credit.
